NexTemp Disposable and Reusable Thermometers
Convenient and Versatile : Usable for oral, axillary and with NexTemp sheath, for rectal temperature.
Directions :
a. Oral Use. Place dot end of the thermometer far back under tongue like a conventional glass thermometer. Wait at least ONE MINUTE before removing. Remove thermometer and READ IMMEDIATELY.
b. Axillary Use. Place thermometer high in the axilla (armpit) with the dot-matrix against the torso and parallel to the length of the body. Close arm to hold thermometer in place. Wait at least THREE MINUTES before removing. Remove thermometer and READ IMMEDIATELY.
To Read : The last dot to turn black indicates the correct temperature. The thermometer will reset itself after about 20-30 seconds. Normal oral and axillary temperatures are between 36.1'C and 37.2'C.
TraxIT Continuous Reading Wearable Thermometers
Continuous Reading : TraxIt wearable axillary thermometers deliver continuous readings. The first reading is available 2-3 minutes after the thermometer is first applied. Thereafter, readings are virtually instant - just lift the arm to read the temperature as often as you like. Even while the patient is asleep.
Wearable : TraxIt will adhere to the armpit and may be left in place on normal, healthy, intact, hairless skin for up to 48 hours.
Directions for Use : Peel off thermometer from backing and place on the side of the body deep in the axilla, just below the crease in the arm. Close arm and wait 2-3 minutes for the first reading. Lift the arm to read. Thereafter, readings are instant - just lift the arm to read the next temperature. Normal axillary temperature range is 36.1'C to 37'C.
To Read : The last dot to turn BLACK indicates the correct temperature.
To Remove : Gently peel off and discard.
