In 1994, CGH adopted the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) framework to benchmark itself against world-class standards of business excellence. It received membership to the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) in 1997. CGH has been ISO 9002 certified since September 1996 and secured the ISO 14001 certification for their environmental management system. In 2002, they were awarded the ISO 9001-2000, evidence of CGH's progressive world class advancement in various aspects of hospital operation and are currently embarking on the SQA journey.
